Single-use jet mixer EZ JetFlow
A patented Venturi nozzle generates a jet stream that hydrates a large amount of powder without the formation of lumps, and without generating shear stress or heat.
The Venturi nozzle, generated by the vacuum from the EzBioPac or hopper system, ensures that even high-viscosity liquids are drawn into the flow path for each powder, allowing for reliable mixing with the solvent. This system functions equally well for mixing solid suspensions into liquids and for mixing liquids with liquids. In any case, the components are uniformly mixed, forming a homogeneous liquid. The newly released JetFlow, designed for single-use, includes a Venturi nozzle, pump head, and tube assembly that enable high-quality solution supply without worrying about cross-contamination.
